During the past few months we have been working in the Gender Equality Plan as per RD 901/2020 at Barranquesa. In order to carry out this project, we have been working with Areté Activa which has been our technical assistant during the whole process.
The objective of the Plan has been to diagnose the current situation in the company with regards men and women equality. Once the diagnose has been made and knowing where we stand our next objective is for Barranquesa to achieve equal treatment and opportunities for men and women. And eliminate all types of gender discrimination.
The Equality Commission, created at Barranquesa to make the Plan, has worked very hard to carry out the process and it’ll keep working hard to achieve the set goals.
